Three egg omelet with tomatoes, green bell pepper, fresh mushrooms, red onion, queso fresco, Muenster cheese, and spinach. Topped with guacamole and pico de gallo. Served with Poblano home fries. 13

Cantina Benedict Southern Style

Fresh biscuits on a bed of mashed potatoes, topped with two eggs any style with strips of bacon, smothered with our homemade Chili Ancho sausage gravy. Served with Poblano home fries. This is a real treat! 14

Egg Skillet

Three Eggs any style, served on a bed of home fries, topped with 2 slices of Applewood smoked bacon and our soon to be famous Chili Ancho sausage gravy. 14

Huevos Rancheros

Two eggs any style, served on pan-fried corn tortillas and topped with Queso fresco, homemade salsa Ranchera, red onion and avocado slices. Served with Spanish rice and refried pinto beans. 13

Mexican Omelet

A delightfully combination of steak tips with Spanish onion, green pepper, cilantro, tomato, Muenster cheese & mushrooms, topped with sour cream and pico de gallo. Served with Poblano home fries. 16

Big Breakfest Burrito
